Directions: Apply on clean brow. Using the brush, gently lift brow hair upward and slightly to the side for a fluffy brow look. For a more laminated effect, gently press the brow hair with your finger. Let it dry. Apply your favorite eyebrow pencil/ power/ pomade to fill in your eyebrows.
